The programme “PV systems for commercial properties” is an investment option that offers firms both a guarantee of increased income while also enriching their corporate profile due to the environmental benefits of such a product.
The programme targets commercial and industrial properties and its’ installation is comparatively immediate because today, it is no longer necessary to obtain a production permit and/or permit for a rooftop system with a capacity of up to 1MWp. In addition, the investment can proceed not only with the owner but also with the leasing tenant as long as the leasing period is greater that the contract period with the National Electric Company (DEH).
The purchase price of the energy today is 0,225€/KWh for capacity <= 100KWp and 0,180€/KWh for capacity > 100KWp. These prices are valid from 1/08/2012 up to 31/01/2013 and these prices are guaranteed for the duration of the 20year contract with the National Power Company.
